Parking

The Phoenix Centre is in Zone 11 on the Raigmore site (next to the Birnie Centre behind the helicopter pad).

There is limited parking in front of the building or additional parking around the back of the building in the signed overflow parking.

We have a duty system in place where a clinician is available to provide a point of contact for professionals seeking advice, carers/family members of young people on our waiting list or young people on our waiting list. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to speak to someone straight away but are aiming to return calls within three working days.
